3. How consent works
On your first visit to the site, you are shown a banner where you can choose:
- „Accept” — analytics cookies are activated (Google Analytics + internal analytics). Consent is saved and you will not be asked again.
- „Decline” — analytics cookies are NOT loaded. The site works normally, but we do not collect statistical data.
Your choice is saved in the browser (localStorage) and remains valid until you change it.
4. Withdrawing or changing consent
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through one of the following methods:
- Clearing site data from the browser: Open the browser settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Select „Cookies and site data”. After clearing, the banner will appear again on your next visit.
- Browser settings: You can block or delete cookies for gritual.ro from your browser settings.
Note: Blocking necessary cookies may affect site functionality (e.g. the shopping cart will not work correctly).
5. Third-party cookies
We use a single third-party service that may set cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — web analytics service. Data is processed on Google servers. Google uses this data according to the Google Privacy Policy. You can disable Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out browser extension.
The payment processor Stripe may set its own cookies during card payment. These are cookies necessary for transaction security and are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
6. International data transfers
Google Analytics may transfer data to the US. Google participates in appropriate transfer mechanisms under GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses). Our internal analytics store data exclusively on servers in Romania.
