2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the gritual.ro website, you expressly and unreservedly accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

3. Products and Prices

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON (Romanian Lei) for the Romanian version and in EUR for the English version, and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but the applicable price is the one at the time the order is placed.

Product images are for informational purposes. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly from reality due to monitor settings.

4. Order Process

To place an order:

  1. Add the desired products to the cart
  2. Fill in the form with shipping details
  3. Choose the payment method and place the order
  4. Receive a confirmation email with the order details

The sales contract is considered concluded when the order confirmation is received by email. The confirmation contains: the order number, the ordered products, the total price (including VAT and shipping), the shipping address, and the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in justified cases (e.g.: insufficient stock, incomplete shipping details, suspicion of fraud).

5. Payment Methods

  • Cash on delivery: Pay in cash or by card upon receipt of the parcel.
  • Online card payment: Secure payment via the Stripe processor. Card data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.

All payments are processed in RON (or EUR for the English version). The fiscal invoice is issued electronically and sent by email for each order.

6. Shipping

Shipping is carried out by express courier within Romania. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days from order confirmation.

The shipping cost will be calculated after the order is confirmed and communicated by phone.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

According to G.E.O. 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and unsealed
  • Return costs are borne by the buyer

Exceptions: According to art. 16 of G.E.O. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery (e.g.: unsealed food supplements).

8. Warranty

Electrical appliances benefit from a commercial warranty of 24 months according to the legislation in force. Food supplements have an expiry date printed on the packaging.

9. Liability

GGAFFAIRS S.R.L. is not responsible for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Delivery delays caused by third parties (couriers, extreme weather conditions)
  • Temporary technical errors of the website

Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet. Consult a doctor before use if you have medical conditions.

All contents of the gritual.ro website (texts, images, logos, design, source code) are the property of GGAFFAIRS S.R.L. or are used with the authorization of the rights holders.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from the website without the prior written consent of GGAFFAIRS S.R.L. is prohibited.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for non-performance of contractual obligations if it is caused by a force majeure event, as defined by Romanian law (art. 1351 Civil Code). Examples: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transport strikes.

The affected party is obliged to notify the other party within a reasonable period of time of the existence and duration of the force majeure event.

In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us first for an amicable resolution.

In case of litigation, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
