1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with G.E.O. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without bearing any costs other than those provided for in this policy.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, take physical possession of the products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. You can do this through:

3. Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:
Original Condition
The product must be in its original condition, unused and with all labels/seals intact
Original Packaging
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
14-Day Deadline
The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to article 16 of G.E.O. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to:
- ✕ Sealed products for hygiene reasons that cannot be returned after being unsealed (e.g., unsealed food supplements, unsealed oral hygiene products)
- ✕ Products made to consumer specifications or personalized
- ✕ Products that may degrade or expire quickly
Important: Our products (food supplements, whitening strips) can be returned ONLY if the seal has not been broken and the packaging is intact.
5. Return Costs
FREE Return
In the following situations:
- • Defective or damaged product on delivery
- • Wrong product delivered (different from order)
- • Product with expired shelf life
Cost Borne by Customer
In the following situations:
- • Withdrawal for personal reasons (change of mind)
- • Product not matching expectations
Estimated courier return cost: €4.5 – €7.5
6. Refund Process
Refund Deadline
We will refund all amounts received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs generated by your choice of a delivery method other than the standard one), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we were informed of the withdrawal decision.
Refund Conditions
We may delay the refund until we receive the products back or until we receive proof that you have sent them, whichever occurs first.

8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or different product than ordered:
- 1 Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
- 2 Send clear photos of the product and damaged packaging
- 3 We will arrange free pickup of the parcel or send you a new product
