Works from the moment you order until 14 days after delivery. If the order has not shipped yet, we cancel it on the spot; if it has, we send a courier to collect it for free (in Romania).

Shipping

• Courier to your door (Sameday, FAN Courier, DPD) or Easybox / pickup point: 1-3 business days in Romania. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays leave on the next business day.
• Pickup at our HQ in Târgu Mureș (Str. Mioriței 59): free.
• AKLUER Walking Pad: free delivery from Germany in 5-10 business days. It is the only product we also ship to other EU countries (those listed at checkout), card payment only, ordered on the English site.

The delivery cost is the courier's quote for your address and parcel, shown at checkout before you place the order. Products that ship free are marked as such on their page. After dispatch you get the AWB number and tracking link by email.

Payment

• Card online (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), processed by Stripe.
• Cash on delivery: you pay the courier; the cash-on-delivery fee is included in the delivery cost shown at checkout.
• Bank transfer: you get the IBAN after placing the order; we ship once the payment is confirmed.

Returns in 3 steps

1. Tell us within 14 days of receiving the parcel: the form above, email or phone.
2. We collect it: we book the courier, free of charge, in Romania. Walking Pad orders delivered outside Romania: you pay the return shipping to the warehouse in Germany.
3. You get your money back within 14 days of the day you told us, including standard delivery, by the same payment method; cash-on-delivery orders to the IBAN you give us. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them.

Pack the product so it is not damaged in transport. You may open and check it as you would in a shop; you are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond that.

Exception (G.E.O. 34/2014, art. 16): products sealed for health or hygiene reasons (cosmetics, oral care, supplements, patches, masks) can be returned only with the seal intact.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at gritual.ro/returns.html#retragere. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

Legal guarantee

Every product has the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (G.E.O. 140/2021). In the first year, a defect is presumed to have existed at delivery; you do not have to prove it.

You choose repair or replacement, free of charge (within a reasonable time, at most 15 days). If neither is possible, you get a price reduction or your money back.

How to claim: write to us with the order number and a photo or description of the problem; we arrange the pickup.

The EU notice on the legal guarantee is in the footer of every page. We offer no commercial guarantee on top of the legal one, unless the product page says otherwise.
