What they don’t fix
HonestA patch works on an inflamed pimple that has a visible white head. It can’t reach a cystic pimple, a closed comedone, or one that hasn’t formed yet. For chronic acne, the patches are damage control, not treatment — you want a routine with proper actives or a dermatologist.
